Check both the data center and world. Similar world names or a recently transferred character can cause avoidable delays when the order details do not match the character receiving the order.
Price and availability
FFXIV world availability and the displayed unit price can vary across data centers. Select the receiving world first, then review the quantity step and order total shown by the panel. A price from another world, an old article or a search result is not a current quote. If the intended world is missing, contact support instead of choosing a nearby world.
Delivery and support
The listing currently shows a delivery estimate of 5-10 Mins. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. The submitted order records the selected data center, world and character details. Support uses those fields to review the request and may ask for clarification if a world transfer or renamed character makes the information inconsistent. Keep the order number available, follow only the instructions attached to that order and ask support before repeating a payment or creating a replacement request.
